Preparamos hoy unos deliciosos tomates rellenos al horno. Una receta de las fáciles de verdad y con un resultado espectacular. Por los ingredientes que lleva y el horneado, su sabor nos va a recordar al de una pizza margarita. Este plato nos servirá como entrante o como guarnición. En nuestro caso ha sido para acompañar un pollo asado.
Ingredientes:
- Tomates.
- Jamón York en tacos.
- Quesos variados en tacos. En nuestro caso Gouda y Emmental.
- Queso rallado.
- Sal, orégano y aceite de oliva.
Elaboración de los tomates rellenos al horno:
- Cortamos los tomates por la mitad y vaciamos.
- Picamos el tomate que hemos retirado.
- En un bol ponemos el tomate picado, el jamón york en tacos y los quesos también en tacos. Añadimos sal y orégano y mezclamos bien.
- Rellenamos los tomates con el relleno que acabamos de preparar.
- Cubrimos con queso rallado, orégano otra vez y un hilo de aceite de oliva.
- Con el horno precalentado a 180 grados, horneamos doce minutos.
