Champiñones al ajillo un plato fácil, sencillo y que se prepara en un momento. Resultan perfectos de guarnición para cualquier plato de carne o pescado. Nosotros los hemos hecho hoy como acompañamiento de unos filetes de presa ibérica. Así que si ya estáis cansados de acompañar vuestros platos con carne o arroz hervido, prueba con estos champiñones. Quedaréis encantados !!!
Ingredientes:
- 500 gr. de champiñones.
- 1 cabeza de ajos.
- Un manojo de perejil.
- Aceite de oliva.
- Sal, pimienta y comino.
Elaboración de los champiñones al ajillo:
- Limpiamos bien los champiñones y cortamos en láminas.
- Cortamos en láminas tres dientes de ajo (el resto los pondremos enteros) y picamos el perejil.
- En una sartén con tres cucharadas de aceite salteamos los champiñones con los ajos (los laminados y los enteros).
- Añadimos sal, pimienta y comino.
- Por último, incorporamos el perejil picado.
- Cocinamos hasta que estén en su punto y se evapore toda el agua que sueltan los champiñones.
