Sorprende a los tuyos con estos buñuelos de bacalao, el éxito está garantizado 😉 se los comerán como las pipas
Paso a paso para preparar unos estupendos buñuelos de bacalo, tiernos y juegosos por dentro y crujientes por fuera y con mucho, mucho sabor. Además, se preparan en poco tiempo y como verás en la receta o el vídeo son muy fáciles de hacer.
Ingredientes:
- 250 gr. de bacalao desalado.
- 1 huevo.
- 100 gr. de harina.
- 1 sobre de levadura en polvo.
- 140 ml. de agua.
- 3 dientes de ajo.
- Un buen puñado de perejil.
- Aceite de girasol.
Elaboración de los buñuelos de bacalao:
- Desmenuzamos o troceamos el bacalao con unas tijeras o con la picadora.
- Picamos los dientes de ajo y el perejil.
- Mezclamos bien el bacalao, el perejil y los dientes de ajo y nos ponemos con la masa.
- En un bol, batimos el huevo y añadimos la harina y el sobre de levadura.
- Poco a poco vamos añadiendo el agua y removiendo hasta obtener una masa fina (VER VÍDEO).
- Añadimos el bacalao con el ajo y el perejil y mezclamos todo.
- Ya estamos listos para freír los buñuelos de bacalao. Con la ayuda de dos cucharas, iremos cogiendo porciones y ponemos en una sartén con abundante aceite caliente.
- A medida que estén doraditos, vamos retirando y colocando sobre papel absorbente.
