CALAMARES A LA ROMANA tiernos y esponjosos con trucos para que nos queden perfectos.

Ingredientes:

  • 4 calamares grandes (1 kg),
  • 300 ml de leche, Harina,
  • 1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear,
  • 100 gr de harina de trigo,
  • Aceite de oliva suave o girasol,
  • 2 huevos,
  • Sal,
  • Cúrcuma o colorante alimentario (opcional)
