El coulant de chocolate es un postre de chocolate exquisito y, seguramente, el que más llama la atención del comensal. Se presenta en formato individual y consta de dos partes aunque prepararemos una sola masa: una exterior de bizcocho y otra interior de crema de chocolate. De esta forma, cuando lo cortamos, la crema de chocolate fluye desde el interior desparramándose por el plato.
Recomendamos servirlo acompañado de helado. El contraste con la crema de chocolate caliente es extraordinario. Prueba y verás como los sorprendes a todos 😉
Ingredientes para 6 coulant de chocolate:
- 8 huevos.
- 240 gr. de harina.
- 750 gr. de crema de cacao tipo Nutella.
- Mantequilla.
- Helado opcional.
Elaboración del coulant de chocolate:
- Cascamos los huevos en un bol y batimos.
- Añadimos la harina tamizada y mezclamos bien con la batidora.
- Incorporamos la crema de chocolate y mezclamos con la ayuda de una lengua o espátula.
- Engrasamos los moldes con mantequilla para que nos resulte más fácil desmoldarlos. Van muy bien los de aluminio que venden en cualquier supermercado o tienda tipo todo a 100.
- Repartimos la mezcla en los moldes.
- Con el horno precalentado 180 grados, horneamos durante doce minutos.
- Sacamos del horno, delmoldamos y servimos enseguida.
