5- Ensalada de lechuga con salsa de yogur. 1/2 lechuga, 2 tomates, 1 pepino, 150 gr de Mozarella, Aceitunas, Crostones de pan Para la salsa: 1 yogur natural, 1 diente de ajo, 20 ml de aceite de oliva, el zumo de medio limón, hierbabuena, sal y pimienta.
