Merluza a la marinera con salsa de almendras

Cómo preparar merluza a la marinera. Hay recetas con pescado que se hacen en casa de “toda la vida” y disfrutamos de ellas sin pensar en el por qué están en los menús habituales y en alguna ocasión especial.

Ingredientes: 4 lomos de merluza, 250 gr de almejas, 12 gambas o langostinos, 100 ml de vino blanco, 1 cebolla 2 dientes de ajo, una ramita de perejil, unas hebras de azafrán, Sal, Aceite de oliva. Para el caldo: aceite de oliva, las cabezas y cáscaras de las gambas, una copita de brandy, 1 tomate pequeño, un trocito de pimiento verde, un trocito de cebolla, perejil y 300 ml de agua.
