MERLUZA A LA CAZUELA
Os traemos hoy otro plato de la gastronomía tradicional, merluza a la cazuela. Un plato de esos que hacen chup y chup y con el que sorprenderemos a nuestra familia o invitados. Es muy fácil de preparar y nos sirve para un día de diario o cualquier festivo. Además, os dejamos al final del post «Como preparar un fumet o caldo de pescado» aprovechando las cáscaras y las cabezas de gambas de nuestra cazuela.
Ingredientes para preparar la merluza a la cazuela:
- 6 rodajas de merluza.
- 250 gr. de berberechos o almejas.
- 12 gambones o gambas.
- 3 patatas.
- Medio pimiento rojo.
- Medio pimiento verde.
- 2 tomates.
- 2 dientes de ajo.
- 1 cebolla.
- Un puñado de guisantes.
- Azafrán, perejil, aceite y sal.
